The Delphi Process
Consensus-Building
1) Recruit panel members who are researchers, mental health clinicians, and community members
2) Initial guidelines will be sent to panel in survey format
→
3) The panel will rate the guidelines through the survey
→
4) The study team will revise the guidelines based on feedback from the panel
→
5) Steps 3 and 4 are repeated two more times
→
6) The final guidelines will be developed based on the panel feedback
→
Decision Matrix
We will use the matrix below to decide whether to include or discard guidelines as we move through the Delphi process.
*If a statement was re-rated in round 2 and again failed to achieve a consensus between 80-100% of each group, it will then be excluded.
